BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY 2011 Space-Draw Procedures
Step 1 - Review call-in schedule to locate your company and find your call-in day and time.
Review your call-in day and time listed above for you to participate in BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY 2011 Space Draw. (As a reminder, Priority Points are determined by the number of consecutive years you have exhibited). The call-in phone number is 1-203-840-5850.
Step 2 - Review the BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY 2011 floor plan and call in during your allotted time. Be prepared with more than one booth choice in order to maintain the Space-Draw schedule.
Important: The Javits Convention Center will be undergoing renovation in 2011 and this means the BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY floorplan had to be adjusted to accommodate the construction. The BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY Sales Team will walk you through the new floor plan to ensure you are comfortable and experience as little disruption as possible.
Step 3 - Download and complete the 2011 Application and Licensing Agreement and Pricing Information.
Step 4 - Sign and return your contract with a 20% deposit.
Please use 101411 for your invoice number. Ask your BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY representative for your Customer ID# if you do not know it.
